There is a minimum membership period of three months but you can cancel your membership any time you wish after the three months have elapsed. You can repeat your 100% Health Questionnaire as many times as you like, track your progress, and keep track of your results! Also, gain access to all the resources of the 100% Health member site.

Single Use £24.95 today - The single use option allows you to get your 100% Health Programme and access to the Programme member site for 30 days. If you then wish to follow up on your questionnaire to monitor your improvement and get and updated report you can do so for £24.95.
